Soy Protein Powder Buying Guide: Life Shake Flavors, Sizes & Cost
Published May 5, 2026 · Updated October 23, 2026
The best soy protein powder for you depends on your ingredient preferences, budget and how you plan to use it. This guide explains the Life Shake options available through our independent Shaklee Ambassador store. It is a product buying guide, not an independent ranking of all soy protein brands.
Choose your flavor first
The core Life Shake Soy flavors are Café Latte, French Vanilla, Strawberry and Rich Chocolate. Flavor changes more than taste: Shaklee's current notes state that Café Latte and Strawberry contain 1 g of sugar, while French Vanilla and Rich Chocolate have 0 g. Café Latte is vegetarian; the other core soy flavors are labeled vegan. Read the exact flavor's label if those details affect your choice.
Compare 14 and 28 servings
| Bag size | Retail price | Approximate cost per serving |
|---|---|---|
| 14 servings | $61.10 | $4.36 |
| 28 servings | $110.25 | $3.94 |
At these prices, the larger bag has the lower retail cost per serving. A smaller bag may be practical when trying a flavor for the first time. The calculation is container price divided by labeled servings; it excludes shipping, tax and any ingredients you add. Member discounts and promotions may change the checkout total.
Read the full serving information
Life Shake is prepared with two scoops per serving, according to Shaklee's instructions. Its product page lists 20 g of protein, 6 g of fiber and 25 essential vitamins and minerals per serving. Check the current nutrition panel for serving weight and calories for your chosen flavor, and account for the liquid and other ingredients you mix in.
Check ingredients and dietary suitability
Soy is a defining ingredient in this formula. Review the current allergen statement and complete ingredient list before purchasing. If you prefer a different protein source, compare the Life Shake Plant Protein options. For children, pregnancy, nursing or a medically restricted eating plan, discuss suitability with your healthcare professional and follow the manufacturer's current guidance.
Buy the exact size and flavor you selected
Our soy protein product page lets you select the size and flavor before continuing to Shaklee. Check those selections again at checkout. Orders, payment, shipping and returns are handled by Shaklee, rather than this informational website.
